X — from the Greek letter Chi (pronounced “kai”) — symbolizes the intersection of identity and purpose, the point where who you are meets who you are becoming. ZN — urban shorthand for season, representing the cycles of growth and transformation we all move through in life. It also carries a second meaning: Zen, the state of clarity and presence that comes through discipline and inner alignment. Inspired by the Japanese principle of Kaizen — the pursuit of continuous improvement — XZN Collective represents evolving through every season of life.
